Personally, I love Terminator 1 and 2 they were done well for their time.

The Cell is another good one becuase of scenery in scenes and the score matched in some artistic ways (such as the water drop).

Blade Runner was another good one for scenery. Must have took them some time setting up those scenes. The storyline is just so out of the blue it makes it a classic.
