last friday i saw 3 movies in theaters: National Treasure 2, Jumper and Doomsday. although i personally thought all three were ok, out of those, i'd probably only recommend National Treasure 2. and btw, it's 70 degrees right now, nice

just saw "AVP Requem".  ten times more action then the last Alien vs Predator.  and the aliens are totally cool: a cross between alien and predator.
also, i rented the-like 80's version of phantom of the opera (the musical).  it was actually really good, and the music even kinda rocked. my mom is going to see the live performance in CA tomorrow.

one thing i never understood: how can a simple bullet penetrate and kill the alien, but his "able-to-eat-through-any-material-known-to-man"acidconfused.gif blood can't leak through its skin.confused.gif

just saw the golden compass last night.  i was totally impressed!  the only thing that coulda made it better woulda been if freddie highmore was actually in it instead of just a voice over.  and the ending wasn't good.  it left it open for at least one or two more scenes.

Good question.

What about the Terminator? He says hes a cyborg when actually he is an android....whats up with that?

The Big Lebowski - Comedy

The Machinist - Horror/Drama

Leon (the professional) - Action/Drama

The Boondock Saints - Comedy/Drama

The Cell - Sci-Fi/Horror

really the only movie i've seen in theaters recently that i'd actually recommend is Appaloosa. it's a good movie, especially if you're into westerns.
