What isn't that should be

This is for stuff that doesn't exist in real life, but you believe it should.  (Please stick to the topic).

top this one: the right to the freedom americans were promised when america become a nation: the freedom of speech, the freedom of expression, the freedom to feel like a free person, without censorship or discrimination or favortism.  i've never known that america in my lifetime.

yeah... i've always wanted a halo-deck. how 'bout america stop being so goddamn ****y and thinking its better than the rest of the world. i hate when people say, "then move to iraq or china." that's stupid. they never mention the good countries. europe is a very nice place. so is fiji and tahiti. and america should start admitting that they are not the chosen ones. (god bless america). the people we declare war on are closer to where god's chosen people are.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I wish America would get off it's f[]cking high-horse and realize that we are ALL part of this earth.

I wish people would stop being so media-damaged. Instead of exploring our minds and opinions and having open discussions with our peers, we're surrounding ourselves with gizmos, gadgets, purses and brand-names to shut our true thoughts away.

you're right.  technology is a drug; once you try a newer version, you're hooked.  but if you never tried it, you'd never miss it.  my dad and mom look at all the high-tech crap my brother and i have and tell me how amazed they were when touch-tone phones and modular jacks came.  and don't even get them started on amazing space-age miracles like velcro, video-disk players, and the amazing microwave oven.  and when they were young, it was totally cool having channels 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13, because there was always something good on.
so i think that what isn't--that should be is the ultimate reversal of technology.

I hate technology (well, it's a love-hate relationship). And the media; always bending things away from the truth.

i love technology.  it allows communication on more regular basis.  I am talking to you all now, but i wouldn't be able to without a computer.  some people get too wrapped up in it, and don't do anything else.  i used to be that person, but now i enjoy other things waaaaay more.  If you were to have something taken away from you for a week or so, a computer shouldn't be your number one pick.

The media sucks, and is judgemental.  The true media should show facts without bias, but ideas that should be presented but should be labelled as biased pop up.

Many complaints have been made about this site
http://www.conservapedia.com/Main_Page
but it's a website that definately shows that it is conservative in its political views.

True media should exist, just like a true liberal and a true conservative

I agree with you on your first point, it allows communication between individuals (like us) who otherwise wouldn't be able to. But what upsets me is like...my best friend lived a few streets down and before we got a computer (elementary school) I would always ride my bike over to his house to talk to him or see if he could hang out (I wouldn't even call him). But after I got a computer I could just get online and ask him. And like, it just takes something out of life...Instead of walking around the park, talking about life, we could just get online and do it. The internet really "removes" an aspect that I believe is vital to a strong and healthy friendship.

i don't do that talk to my friends if i'm just sitting around.  i'll as if they want to hang out then go to their house or they'll come over

i think they should roll cast credits on commercials.  i often see commercials that have talented or good looking people i'd like to research further but will never know who they are.  what am i supposed to do...... go to yahoo search and type in: "Who was that person in the coke commercial with 6 other people who was drinking the coke on the beach while swallowing?  they had hair and two eyes and were wearing swimtrunks and there was water and sand in the background."
